Klawervlei Stud’s exciting new sire ROYAL MO (Uncle Mo) has attracted plenty of positive commets with the arrival of his first foals.
Among the breeders fortunate enough to have a Royal Mo foal on the ground is Ten Einde Stud’s Hein Moller, and Hein is delighted with his first Royal Mo foal.

Hein says, “I am extremely happy with my colt (who is out of the Captain Al mare Tempest). He is leggy, correct and he is a very good size for a second foal . All in all, he is big and strong and straight -and I can’t wait for the next Royal Mo foals to arrive!”

ROYAL MO, a complete outcross to Mr Prospector, was a top-class athlete who won the G3 Robert B. Lewis Stakes and ran third in the G1 Santa Anita Derby in his brief racing career.
During his career, the well bred Royal Mo accounted for such notable graded stakes winners as AMERICAN ANTHEM (Bodemeister), ILIAD (Ghostzapper), IRAP (Tiznow) and TERM OF ART (Tiznow).

Royal Mo is the only son of US champion and sire sensation UNCLE MO (Indian Charlie) at stud in South Africa.
Already the sire of more than 50 stakes winners, Uncle Mo’s progeny include Kentucky Derby winning champion NYQUIST (whose first progeny have created a stir in various sales rings) and brilliant recent G1 Del Mar Debutante winner BAST.
