Klawervlei’s triple G1 winning sire CAPTAIN OF ALL (Captain Al) is enjoying plenty of success this season and the former Equus Champion struck again, twice, at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth on Wednesday.

Captain Of All’s lightly raced daughter HEAR MY VOICE made it two wins from eight starts when she ran out a convincing winner of the second race at Kenilworth on Wednesday.

The Paul Reeves trained filly powered home, under JP Van Der Merwe, to score a cosy three-parts of a length win, beating some promising fillies in the process. Bred by the Klawervlei Grooms Trust, Hear My Voice, second to the classy WE’RE JAMMING in last season’s Cape Thoroughbred Farm Sale race, is owned by Mrs Cutmore.

Captain Of All looks to have a potentially smart three-year-old on his hands in the form of CAPTAIN BOMBSHELL.

The latter, fourth in last season’s G1 Gold Medallion, made it two wins from his last three starts when storming home to defeat ROYAL MO’s talented son ROYAL AUSSIE in the sixth race on Wednesday’s card.

Trained by Peter Muscutt, the gelded three-year-old was described as a G3 type of horse by winning jockey Muzi Yeni in a post-race interview.

Bred by Haras Del Carmo, Captain Bombshell races for Messrs H J Da Silva, B W Hamilton, G A R Sturlese, International Racing Club (Nom: J da Mata) and Mrs Laura de Haast.

His inform sire Captain Of All had also enjoyed success at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Monday where his son PRINCE VIHAAN ran out a game winner over 1400 metres.
