Klawervlei Stud’s well performed sire ROYAL MO (Uncle Mo) looks to have another smart son to his name in the form of RIGHT ROYAL MO. The latter made it back-to-back wins when running out a convincing winner at Hollywoodbets Durbanville on Tuesday afternoon.

A really big horse who looks likely to be even more effective at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth, three-year-old Right Royal Mo made it two wins from just five starts when he stormed home down the centre of the track to claim Tuesday’s #destinationcaperacing Class 5 (1600m) by nearly half a length.

The Candice Bass-Robinson trained colt, who was ridden to victory on Tuesday by Aldo Domeyer, had shed his maiden last time out and Right Royal Mo looks to be a progressive sort in the making. Bred by Klawervlei Stud, Right Royal Mo races for the Greenacres Trust in partnership with Ken and Jane Truter.

His G3 Robert B. Lewis Stakes winning sire ROYAL MO has been responsible for just 12 first crop runners, but they include R5 000 000 plus earner ROYAL AUSSIE, and the smart performers BOB’S YOUR UNCLE and RULE OF THUMB.

Right Royal Mo, as well as recent winner TYRION LANNISTER, are members of Royal Mo’s second crop.

Royal Mo is a son of outstanding US sire Uncle Mo -with the latter responsible for no fewer than 13 stakes winners in 2023. Uncle Mo is also the sire of the recently crowned TDN Rising Star ROYAL SLIPPER, who recently romped home to score by nearly five lengths on debut.
