Klawervlei Stud’s well performed Tapit horse COUP DE GRACE enjoyed a notable score at Fairview on Friday when his daughter KISS OF LIFE captured the Aloe Handicap (Non-Black Type) at Fairview on Friday afternoon.
Three-year-old Kiss Of Life, a member of her sire’s first crop, kept going courageously under jockey Kendall Minnie and stayed on to capture the 2021 Aloe Handicap in fine fashion.
Bred by Maine Chance Farms, the Tara Laing trained Kiss Of Life has now won twice from 1300-1400m for owners Messrs P O’Doherty, I Henson & Tara Laing.
The consistent sophmore has either won or placed in five of her last six starts and Kiss Of Life won’t stop here!
Her G2 Amsterdam Stakes winning sire Coup De Grace, one of 140 stakes winners sired by multiple champion sire Tapit, has made a fine start with his two-year-olds this season, with his daughter OLD GLORY scoring a five and a quarter length win on debut.
