Klawervlei Stud’s triple G1 winning stallion CAPTAIN OF ALL (Captain Al) has been enjoying a good run of success of late, with his progeny winning good races all over South Africa.

The champion sprinter was at it again this weekend, with Captain Of All filly BREEDE BABY winning the first race at Fairview on Friday, and his classy daughter FORT J’ADORE scoring at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Sunday.

The Alan Greeff trained Breede Baby romped home to shed her maiden impressively on Friday. The three-year-old stormed home to post a two and a quarter length win over 1000m at Fairview.

Breede Baby, who was making her first appearance in Port Elizabeth on Friday, was bred by La Berg Stud. Friday’s winner races for Delma and Lance Sherrell.

Captain Of All struck again when his daughter Fort J’adore won at Hollywoodbets Greyville two days later. One of three winners on Sunday for trainer Wendy Whitehead, the four-year-old was given a well judged ride by S’Manga Khumalo.

The combination ran on strongly to get up close home and score by half a length, with Fort J’adore taking her tally of wins to five.

Bred by the Ralphs Syndicate, Fort J’adore is owned by her trainer in partnership with Kelly Hadden and John Gatt.

Her sire has been in good form of late, with Captain Of All’s other recent winners including Listed Hollywoodbets Super League Devon Air Stakes winner WHISTLE THE TUNE and Winter Sprint hero MEU CAPITANO.

By the same sire as current star stallion ONE WORLD (Captain Al), Captain Of All has seven lots on offer at the August Two Year Old Sale.
